Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.
How can I track my order?
Every shipping option includes track & trace. You receive the tracking information via e-mail.
How long does it take for my order to get to my place?
We aim to ship every Tuesday and Friday and the below are just estimates
- UK tracked 24 or 48: 24 or 48 hours within the UK from point of fulfilment
- Europe royal mail shipment: 10-14 business days
- Worldwide shipment: 14 - 20 business days
- Worldwide Global mail shipment: 20 – 25 business days
Please note: We depend on Royal Mail for the processing and delivery of all shipments and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by their logistics or handling processes.

📦 SHIPPING, TRACKING & MISSING ORDERS
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and check the delivery status of their order.
If your order hasn’t arrived, you must:

Email us at shop@conquestbrand.co if your order appears delayed, missing, or stuck in transit
If we are not contacted about a delivery issue within a reasonable timeframe, we will assume the order has arrived safely and there are no problems.
We cannot investigate delivery issues or missing parcels unless you notify us.
🚚 DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered, but you haven’t received it:

Contact the courier directly first
If the issue continues, email us and we’ll help where we can.

Once a parcel is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility may pass to the customer. We are not liable for stolen or missing parcels after confirmed delivery, but we will always try to assist with courier investigations where possible.
